Description
The RIESS serving pan is ideal for frying your food and then serving at the table straight away in the pan. Not only is our classic serving pan perfect for many different dishes, it can also be used for any number of people as it comes in a variety of sizes.
The serving pan has two handles and is great for all egg dishes, all types of dumplings, and much more. Thanks to it’s two practical handles, it can be placed directly on the dining table and used as a serving pan or to replace diners’ plates, as knives can also be used to cut the food directly in the pan.
The serving pan can also be used in the oven at high temperatures to make gratins or just to keep food warm, for example.
Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware is suitable for use with all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic, induction and even open flame). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and is then retained. This ensures sustainable, energy-efficient cooking.
The non-porous, smooth, glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene, as it’s flavour-neutral, prevents bacteria growth and is easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, our enamel cookware can provide years of cooking enjoyment and will maintain its characteristic glossy appearance.
Use

Tips
You can use our serving trays as trivets for the hot serving pans and to present them nicely on the table.
Our serving pans comes in different sizes (16, 20, 24, 30) ranging from very small to very large, and in a variety of colours. What’s more, the serving pans come in both enamel and sturdy cast-iron, as we have been manufacturing cast-iron pans since 1550.
